Q: My online transaction was not successful, but the amount got debited from my account?
A: Please check the transaction status of transaction by clicking on the 'Payment Log' link provided in the menu. If the transaction is still shown as in 'PENDING' status, raise a support ticket mentioning the Trx ID.
Q: My online transaction status is shown as 'FAILED', but the amount is debited from my account?
A: Please do not panick, as in most cases, the transaction amount would automatically change to either 'SUCCESS' or 'FAIL' within 24-72 hours.
Q: What is the process for claiming refund for duplicate transactions?
A: Please forward a written request to the Registrar, Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council for claiming refund for duplicate transactions. The request should clearly specify the online payment details including the transaction ids. The refund request will be processed by the BM&DC after verification based on the laid out rules and regulations.
Q: I did not get the refund of the failed transaction even after one week. What to do in such a situation?
A: Please contact your concerned bank about the transaction status. If the bank confirms that the online transaction was successful, then kindly forward a refund request to the Registrar, Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council for claiming refund of the failed transaction. The refund request will be verified and processed based on the laid out rules and regulations.

Q: What all payment options do I have?
A: Currently, the BM&DC has only tied up with only one payment aggregator - SSLcommerz. More payment options may come up in the future.

A: Yes, of course. You can also use VISA or MasterCard from any of your banks, and you can also use American Express, Dbbl, Bkash, Rocket account.
Q: Do I have to pay any extra charges?
A: Yes, 10% of service charge will be added with your fees.
Q: I have given all the necessary information of my card but payment didn't succeed, what should I do now?
A: First of check your account balance. Then check that your card is activated for online or not. If you have sufficient balance then proceed with the process again.
